In His ministry, Jesus encountered person after person who could not see what was write in front of their face. They were blind. Nicodemus couldn’t see the kingdom of God; all he could see was another teacher. The Samaritan woman at the well couldn’t see the Messiah standing in front of her. And because she couldn’t see, she lived with an unsatisfied heart. But Jesus came to bring sight to the blind. He came to give us glasses so that a blurry world would become clear. He came to bring vision so a hazy world becomes beautiful and alive.
